- Never expires, and keeps everything it includes on any build
- The first year of new features and support included, then optional at $7,200 a year
- One purchase order, one approval — the license never needs re-approving; new features and support are an optional yearly renewal
Guided setup
$490 one-time
A 2-hour consult with your IT contact and Supervisors.
For any paid plan, and included with Enterprise and Perpetual. We email you within one business day to schedule it.
In two hours, together:
- Guided setup of Data Sync on your organization’s storage, and a check that the first two devices sync
- Guided setup of Single Sign-On with your identity provider, if your plan includes it
- A walkthrough of the app’s features and settings for your Supervisors
- A written record of the configuration to keep
Renewing?
Annual plans: paid by card? Use the same button as your plan, enter the same organization name, and choose Renewal when asked. Paid by invoice, or on a quoted plan? Request an invoice and choose Renewal. Renew before the 90-day grace period ends and the new year starts the day your current one ends, so renewing early never costs you days. After that, it starts on the day you pay.
Perpetual license: a year of new features and support is $7,200 for the 125-user license. Renew updates by card, or request an invoice for a purchase order or a larger license. It always continues from the updates date in your current key, whenever you renew.
Request an invoice or a quote
Pay by purchase order, order a perpetual license, take a discount you qualify for, add Single Sign-On partway through a Team year, or ask for a quote for more than 125 users or your own terms:
- Invoices are payable within 30 days, and your license key is issued as soon as the invoice is paid.
- A quote arrives in writing within one business day, with no call needed.
- 20% off Team, Team + Single Sign-On and Business for registered non-profits, schools, and public-sector organizations.
- 10% off when you pay two years up front.
- Founding-customer pricing for accepted applicants. Founding-customer and non-profit pricing don’t stack.
What happens after you pay
- A receipt arrives by email right away.
- Within one business day, your license key arrives by email, issued in your organization’s name.
- A Supervisor pastes it into Settings → Plan & license, and every device in your organization picks it up from your own sync storage.
Purchase questions
Does a plan renew automatically?
No surprise charges: renewal is a new purchase and a new key, by card or invoice. If a renewal slips, you keep full function for 90 days after the expiry date, and a renewal in that time still starts the day your current year ends. After that, it starts on the day you pay.
Is sales tax included?
Prices are before sales tax. Where it applies, it’s added at checkout or on your invoice. A tax-exempt organization can request an invoice and email its exemption certificate to support@inspectionheroapp.com.
What are the terms, and can we get a refund?
Every purchase is governed by the End User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy. You can evaluate everything before you buy — the Starter plan is the full workflow at no charge, and the demo shows a populated workspace — so annual and perpetual fees are non-refundable once your license key has been issued, except where the law requires otherwise. If a key doesn’t work or an order is wrong, email support@inspectionheroapp.com.
